E-Commerce Fundamentals

Overview section
The E-Commerce Fundamentals program gives learners a solid and practical foundation in the world of online business. The course starts from zero — explaining what e-commerce is, the available models (B2C, B2B, C2C, C2B), and how the market is evolving globally and in Azerbaijan. Early modules cover niche-selection methodology, product–market fit validation, and demand-validation techniques.
The second part dives deep into online payment processor integrations (Stripe, PayPal, Kapital Bank, Wise), international logistics and shipping options (Aramex, FedEx, USPS), customs and tax regimes, return policies, and customer service standards. Every topic is supported by examples from a real e-commerce store.
The final part shows trust-building strategies, UX design fundamentals, conversion optimization techniques, and the practical application of A/B testing. Marketing tools (Google Analytics 4, Facebook Pixel, email automation), tracking sales metrics, and a step-by-step roadmap for launching the first e-commerce store are delivered to every student.
