User Agreement and Conditions
This agreement defines the rules, rights, and responsibilities related to the use of the Devcommerce.net platform. By registering on the website or platform, you (the "User") fully accept all the conditions of this agreement.
1. General Provisions
The Devcommerce.net website is owned by Devcommerce ("Company"). By accessing the site or registering, the User confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these rules. The Company may modify this agreement at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the site. The website is intended only for individuals over 15 years of age.
2. Registration and Account Information
All information entered during registration must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date. The account belongs only to the person taking the training, and sharing it with third parties is prohibited. The User is responsible for the security of their account information (username, password, email, etc.). The DevCommerce team will never ask for your password. Simultaneous login from a maximum of 2 devices is permitted; logging in simultaneously from different devices is not allowed. Re-opening an account in the name of a blocked person is prohibited. If a User begins teaching, mentoring, or similar instructional activities in the same field, their access to DevCommerce trainings is deactivated and platform access is restricted.
3. Copyright and Content Protection
DevCommerce trainings, videos, texts, visual materials, and other resources are protected by copyright. The User cannot share, attempt to sell, redistribute, or upload these materials to other platforms. Screen recording, audio recording, or sharing screenshots of trainings is strictly prohibited. These materials may be used only for personal educational purposes. Unauthorized sharing of content constitutes a violation of the Republic of Azerbaijan's copyright legislation and creates legal liability. If such cases are discovered, DevCommerce reserves the right to submit User information to law enforcement and permanently block the account.
4. User Obligations
The platform must be used only for legal purposes. Technical interference, bypassing system security, or accessing via VPN/emulators is prohibited. Attempting to take over other users' accounts or collect their data is prohibited. Insults, defamation, spreading false information, and behavior that harms the company's reputation are prohibited. Refunds for paid trainings and courses are not possible. The User consents to DevCommerce using information shared during the course for advertising and promotion.
5. Prohibited Actions
- Sharing, recording, broadcasting, or selling courses
- Sharing or jointly using the account
- Logging into the system simultaneously from different devices
- Bypassing system security via VPN, emulators, or other means
- Actions that harm the reputation of the company or instructors
- Fraudulent payments or manipulation in the payment system
- Attempting to use the platform for commercial purposes
6. Legal Liability and Consequences
According to the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, copyright violations may result in administrative, civil, and criminal liability:
- Administrative liability (Code of Administrative Offenses Article 185): Fines, confiscation of pirated copies and infringement tools, and other administrative measures may apply for copyright and related rights violations.
- Civil liability: Under the Law on Copyright and Related Rights, compensation for material and moral damages, as well as recovery of income obtained through infringement, may be required.
- Criminal liability (Criminal Code Article 165): In cases of large-scale damage or unauthorized use of copyright objects for the purpose of obtaining income, criminal liability arises.
If such cases are detected, your account may be immediately blocked and access to courses revoked; DevCommerce reserves the right to apply to relevant authorities for damage compensation and legal measures.
7. Refund and Payment Rules
DevCommerce trainings are considered digital products and refunds are not possible after payment is completed. DevCommerce is not responsible for technical delays caused by payment systems. The User is obligated to carefully read product information before making a payment.
8. Withdrawal from Training and Suspension of Platform Access
If the User/student declares voluntary withdrawal from DevCommerce training, indicates that they no longer wish to use the training process, or requests a refund, this may be considered training withdrawal. In this case, the Company reserves the right to fully or partially suspend the User's access to the platform, video lessons, materials, support groups, instructor support, and other training resources. Withdrawal from training does not grant the User any rights to use, share, sell, broadcast, copy, or use DevCommerce materials for commercial purposes.
9. Support Service and Communication
DevCommerce provides support to Users within the training framework. Support service is provided based on the User's active inquiry, written submission of questions, and participation in the training process. The User must promptly inform the DevCommerce team if they cannot benefit from support, do not receive a response, or need additional instructor guidance.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
User data is stored only in DevCommerce's internal system and is not shared with third parties. Legal requirements are an exception. DevCommerce takes technical and legal measures to protect data privacy. In case of a security breach, the User must immediately inform the DevCommerce team.
11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are first resolved through negotiation. The User must submit any complaint, refund request, support issue, or training-related grievance in writing to the DevCommerce team. The Company investigates the request and provides a written response. If no agreement is reached, the matter is resolved in Baku city courts according to the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
12. Acceptance
By registering on the website, making a payment, or using the platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted all the conditions of this agreement. You confirm that you agree to account cancellation, restriction of platform access, suspension of course access, and legal measures within the framework of legislation in case of rule violations.
