Terms of Use

This document defines the main rules and instructions students and visitors must follow while using the DevCommerce platform. By using the website you accept these terms.

1. Account Use

Each user is responsible for opening only one account and not sharing account information with third parties. The account belongs only to the registering person and may not be shared with family members. Simultaneous access from more than 2 devices is not permitted.

2. Content Use

All courses, videos, texts, templates, and materials may be used only for personal learning purposes. Commercial use, redistribution, publishing on social media, and selling are strictly prohibited. Copyright violations are punishable under the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

3. Conduct

Mutual respect and constructive communication within the community are required. Spam, abusive language, racist or sexist comments, illegal activity, or violent behavior toward other users may lead to account suspension. Respect for instructors and mentors is mandatory.

4. Technical Requirements

Access to the platform via VPN, emulators, screen-recording software, or other security-bypass tools is prohibited. Concurrent access from up to 2 devices is allowed (e.g., phone + laptop). Bots and automated scripts are prohibited.

5. Payment and Refunds

Once payment for course enrollment is completed, refunds are not available — courses are considered digital products. Installment payment options are available, but all installments must be paid on time. In case of late payment, platform access may be temporarily suspended.

6. Mentor and Support

Each course includes 6 months of mentor support. During this period you have access to in-platform chat, WhatsApp group, and live Zoom sessions. After 6 months end, lifetime access to course videos remains, but live support stops.

7. Certificate

After successfully completing all modules and the final test, you receive an official DevCommerce certificate. The certificate is verifiable via a unique code and can be displayed on your LinkedIn profile.

8. Changes

Terms of use may be updated periodically. Updates take effect from the moment of publication on this page. Users are notified of updates via email.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute should first be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, Baku city courts have jurisdiction.
